Refund Policy

Refunds or exchanges are accepted for online purchases only within 30 days. A return authorization is required before sending anything back to us.
Please email your request to offeringsgallery@msn.com.
In the subject line put "return request".

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All antiques, vintage, sale items, custom orders and gift cards are non-returnable, FINAL SALE.
Proof of purchase is required in order to credit your account. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping and insurance costs are the buyers responsibility. Insurance is encouraged in order to safeguard your purchases and returns.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return.
